Shipping policy

Your pottery will arrive carefully packed in plastic-free packaging — if anything arrives damaged, I’ll put it right. I currently ship within the UK only while I launch the shop.

UK Delivery Costs

All UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail.

I’m a speedy shipper — dispatch times are shown on each product page, just above the Add to Cart button. Standard items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. If you order multiple items, they will be sent together once the final item is ready.

For orders under £50
Standard ➜ £4.75 (Tracked 48Hr Service)
Express ➜ £6.75 (Tracked 24Hr Service)

For orders over £50
Standard ➜ FREE (Tracked 48Hr Service)
Express ➜ £2 (Tracked 24Hr Service)

 

Outside the UK?

I’m starting with UK delivery only, but I may add international shipping in future. If you’re interested in ordering from another country, please get in touch and let me know where you’re based.
