Breakages & Returns
All items are very carefully packaged up for safe transit. In the unlikely event something does get broken I can replace the piece(s) or if you prefer, give a full refund. I may ask for the broken pottery to be returned to me (I cover all costs of return postage in this situation) or simply photos of the broken item(s) and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you are unhappy with pottery for any other reason you can return it for a full refund so long as the item(s) have not been used and are returned in their original condition. Please notify me in advance and then post back in the original box and packaging to the address at the bottom of the page within 30 days of receiving your pottery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items - please send the parcel using a Royal Mail signed for service.
I cannot accept returns for personalised items.
