Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship within the UK only, but I may add international delivery in future. If you’re outside the UK and interested in ordering, please get in touch and let me know where you’re based.

What happens if my piece(s) arrive broken or damaged?

Are your ceramics Dishwasher Safe?
Yes! The glazes I use are durable and safe to put in the dishwasher. We've personally put them through the dishwasher hundreds of times and ours are fine.  Dishwashers will eventually dull all ceramics over time so if you're keen to keep them 100% sparkling forever then you can handwash them.

Can I put your ceramics in the microwave?
Yes! All my functional ceramics are perfectly safe to put in the microwave.

Can I put your ceramics in the oven?
Yes!  All my functional ceramics are perfectly safe to put in the oven.

Are your ceramics food safe and Lead-Free?
Yes! All the glazes I've developed are lead free and 100% safe to drink/eat from.

Will I receive the actual item shown in the photos/videos?
No, they are examples that are representative of the piece(s) you will receive. Each piece is individually handmade, making every one truly unique. You may notice subtle variations in colour, level of speckling, glaze flow and shape compared to the images/videos shown.  These small differences are part of what gives handcrafted ceramics their charm and individuality.

Anything else I should know?
Like all ceramics, they do not like being heated or cooled very quickly, so avoid moving them from a hot oven to cold water or from the freezer to hot oven for example. I've personally stress tested them from boiling water to iced water and visa-versa without any ill effect... but it's a bit mean to them :)
